There are tons of brands out there which are made by women of color.Women of color are becoming way more representative on different platforms. Women of color need to have a voice and a seat at every table in the cafeteria. From publishing to production, we need more black beauties in business. Below are some of the black-owned makeup companies which one needs to know.

    Fashion Fair is one of the largest black-owned cosmetics companies. It was founded by Eunice W. Johnson who saw at the backstage of the fashion show some ladies mixing foundations. This gave her the idea of getting the perfect color of the color women. Hence, the Fashion Fair was born.

The brand founded by Cashmere Nicole has many products like highlighters, shadow palettes, setting powder and concealers in a variety of shades. For the women of color, it often means seeking out black beauty brands. During the last year, there have been many newcomers in the fashion industry. The industry also got the recognition it deserved.
